Thinking Futures’ conversations about the future framework connects the what and the how, the long term future with short time decisions and action. It puts people and collaborative processes at its core to create both futures ready people and organisations.

creatING futures ready people and organisations

A primary reason for Thinking Futures in 2007 was to design services and share resources about using the future and foresight in practice, to help people and organisations become futures ready. The site is information and resource rich as a result. Explore to see what you can use today in your work and return often to check for updated resources.

If you don't have much time, see suggestions about using the site. Read about my core ideas and why being futures ready is important. If you have some time read too about having conversations about the future. Find out about designing those conversations to build a futures mindset and identify multiple pathways to your organisation's future to inform action today.
